You will find many fabrics you haven't seen before, as each one is individually chosen. We have countless kits, from table runners to quilts, children's play items to pillowcases. You'll be pleasantly surprised at our huge selection of quilt-shop quality extra-wide backing fabric. People tell us they have never seen so many choices in one shop! Thousands and thousands of fat quarters are ready for you, or we'll cut them off the bolt if you'd like. We also carry a very large selection of tea towels that you can applique and embellish. We stock the finest batting, Quilter's Dream, in packages and on the roll.

If you're looking for a gift idea for the quilter in your life (or just want to treat yourself) we have many suitable items that quilters love. We have greeting cards, puzzles, charm book marks, mouse pads, quilt wash and more! We carry novels by Jennifer Chiaverini, including the Elm Creek Quilters series. If you enjoy good mysteries, don't miss Earlene Fowler's suspenseful paperbacks. For those of you who prefer stories that explore human emotions, the novels by Emilie Richards are nearly impossible to put down.

We're a friendly, family-operated shop and we'll be glad to help you choose your next project, or assist you in finishing one you've already started. Meet Ann Kisro, author of "Let's Quilt!" Ann has the distinction of being the youngest author ever published by Martingale's That Patchwork Place. Her book contains projects that appeal to everyone from beginning sewers to advanced quilters. She has designed patterns for table runners, wall hangings, a tree skirt and bed quilts. You're going to love this book! Ann has written articles for Quilter's Home magazine and has appeared on Fons & Porter's Love of Quilting TV program.

Susan Kisro, co-owner of The Quilting Cupboard, has her own book coming out in June 2008 titled "Instant Bargello", also published by Martingale. This quick, simple method of bargello will inspire you to make a project in a hurry from baby-size projects to king-size quilts.

Co-owner, Jim Kisro, constructs wood quilt racks, foot stools and the ever-popular rag rug frames, which are all available in our shop. We also carry instructional books and videos that complement the rug frames.
